What is the Centre’s dress code?
Casual clothing is acceptable for all events. Patrons often dress up for opening nights and gala events, but it is not required.

Do you have a coat check?
Yes, the Centre offers a coat check service on days with inclement weather for $2.00 per item checked.

Are bags allowed in the Centre?
Bags are allowed but are subject to search. Venue representatives may require bags to be checked during performances.

Can I bring in food and beverages to the Centre?
Outside food and beverages are not allowed. Note that food and beverage sales are not available at every event.

May I bring my camera or video camera to a performance?
Cameras, video cameras, and other recording devices are generally not allowed inside the theatre. Any such devices discovered may be confiscated. Exceptions are posted for specific events.

I want an audio recording of the performance. Can I bring my own recording device?
Audio recording is strictly prohibited. Any recording devices brought into the theatre may be confiscated. Copyright laws apply during live performances, and many artists provide their own merchandise, including performance recordings, for sale.

How do I get in touch with your lost and found?
If you have lost something at the Conexus Arts Centre, please call (306) 565-4515.

Do you have a mailing list?

Does the Centre have social media?
Yes, we do. follow us on Facebook, Instagram and Tik Tok to stay updated on events, win tickets and prizes, and be the first to know about upcoming shows.

Can you accommodate a specialized menu plan for attendees with food allergies?
Yes! Our Executive Chef Leo Pantel and his team can provide customized food service. Our Client Services team will help plan a menu to accommodate every guest’s requirements.

How can I be contacted in case of an emergency?
If you need to be contacted during a theatre performance, please leave your name and seat number with our security department by calling (306) 565-4515. They will do their best to reach you if necessary.

Ticketing Information

What methods of payment are accepted for ticket purchases?
We accept cash, debit, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Conexus Arts Centre gift certificates. Please note Credit Debit Cards may not be accepted online.

Are there any other charges or fees associated with ticket prices?
There is a $3.20 per order charge for online and telephone orders. Service charges are based on ticket prices set by promoters.

Do I have to purchase a ticket for my toddler/baby?
Yes, all individuals attending a performance require a ticket.

What is will call?
Choose “will call” to pick up your tickets at the Centre Box Office. Tickets can be picked up before the show during regular Box Office hours or on the day of the show. Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to curtain to avoid long lines. The account holder must present photo ID and the credit card used for the purchase.

Why do I have to show ID and my credit card when I pick up tickets?
To ensure the person who purchased the tickets is the one receiving them. Contact the Box Office at 306-525-9999 or 1-800-667-8497 for exceptions.

I can’t use my tickets. May I have a refund?
All tickets sold through the Conexus Arts Centre are non-refundable, and exchanges are not permitted. Options include donating the tickets back to the presenter (for non-profit organizations) or gifting them to someone else.

I purchased tickets from a ticket broker or another source. Are my tickets valid?
Tickets purchased from the Conexus Arts Centre Box Office, by phone, or online are guaranteed. We cannot guarantee the validity of tickets purchased from other sources.

My tickets were lost or stolen. What should I do?
Call the Box Office at 306-525-9999 or 1-800-667-8497 to report the loss or theft. Provide all details, including the police file number if applicable. We will reprint your tickets one hour before show time on the day of the show, except for General Admission shows.

Accessibility

Is the Conexus Arts Centre wheelchair accessible?
Yes, the Centre is fully accessible with automatic door openers, ramps, handicapped parking, elevator service, and wheelchair seating available upon request.

Does the Centre have elevators?
Yes, there are two public elevators on the east and west sides accessing all public areas.

I need assistance at the Centre. What should I do?
Once you purchase your tickets, call security at 306-565-4515 to inform them of your needs and event attendance.

Does the Centre provide wheelchairs for patron use?
Yes, a limited number of non-motorized wheelchairs are available for transportation purposes only to seats. Contact Security at 306-565-4515 to arrange for a wheelchair.

Does the Conexus Arts Centre provide hearing assists?
Yes, William Sound hearing devices are available. Inquire at the Box Office for details. A waiver and credit card information are required as security.

What is the Centre’s policy on Service Animals?
Service dogs are welcome and must be certified. End-of-row seating is recommended for sufficient space. For emotional support animals, please contact our Box Office.

What is the best seating for those with specific disabilities (i.e., blind, deaf)?
Seating concerns should be communicated when purchasing tickets to select appropriate seats. Suitable seats can also be found online at www.conexusartscentre.ca.

How do I purchase a wheelchair-accessible seat?
Wheelchair-accessible seats are available on the main floor for patrons who remain in their wheelchairs or need minimal steps to their seats. These can be purchased online, by phone, or in person at the Box Office.

What happens to the wheelchair if a patron transfers to a permanent seat?
The usher will move the wheelchair to a nearby lobby space, out of safety evacuation routes.
