If you purchase tickets from a non-official site or phone number, we cannot guarantee the authenticity of the tickets, nor can we provide a refund or any compensation for these orders.
Purchasing tickets from non-official methods means you are buying from a ticket broker – someone who purchases tickets from the theatre and resells them to you at different prices. Ticket brokers will create similar, realistic websites to sell their tickets, and sell you tickets at inflated prices, or tickets are advertised at a special rate and purchased with a stolen credit card. In either case, Conexus Arts Centre is unable to issue the customer a refund, because the theatre did not receive the customer’s money.
